International Shipping and Fees

If you order products being shipped outside of the EU, please be reminded they may be subject to taxes, fees and other local law charges and customs rules. Whoever the order is addressed to from our website will be responsible for paying ALL costs associated with import and delivering of goods to you. If you are ordering products to anyone other than yourself, please notify them of these possible local customs law and fees before you place an order.

Returns

Returns and Exchange

If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. Items received after 14 days will be entitled to an exchange to the value of the garment returned. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
